TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Cardholder authorizes payment for merchandise listed hereon including freight and handling charges to the card number as listed above. The charges as listed above may not include freight, handling, tariffs, duties or other import/export costs including insurance. Payment shall be made in US Dollars. This order is accepted and governed under the Laws of the State of California, United States of America. Defective merchandise must be reported to the factory within 10 days from delivery. Factory maintains authority to replace or issue credit on all merchandise deemed defective. Factory is not responsible for misuse and makes no claim to product life under such conditions. Merchandise damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier upon discovery. All product is manufactured in the USA and no subsequent processing outside the USA has occurred.
