TERMS & CONDITIONS

ALL ORDERS are subject to acceptance by the factory in Huntington Beach, California and is governed under the Laws of the State of California, USA. All price amounts in US Dollars.

TERMS are 1% 10 DAYS, NET 30 DAYS on approved credit. A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1-1/2% (18% Annual Rate) will be added to all Pastdue Balances. Our Credit Application must be completed and signed for credit approval which includes four (4) Trade References and a Bank Reference. Buyer is responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees and court costs if it becomes necessary to collect. C.O.D. shipments are CASH ONLY unless prior approval of company check. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.

FREIGHT is Prepaid on shipments of 500 lbs. or more, based on a single order to one location within the continental U.S.A. and Hawaii as well as select areas of Canada, however a fuel surcharge will apply. Orders weighting less than the above are FOB Huntington Beach, California. On all prepaid shipments, factory reserves the right to select the method of shipment, routing and carrier. A $20.00 Notification Charge will apply to all shipments where a Delivery Appointment is required. Expedited shipments are available upon request.

MINIMUM ORDER is $100.00. Reorders less than $100.00 are subject to a $5.00 service charge. A minimum order of $200.00 is required to open an account. Less than standard case lots will be subject to an additional $5.00 charge.

DELIVERY on most orders is within three (3) working days from receipt of order. Allow additional time for transit.

RETURNS must have prior factory authorization. A Return Authorization Number will be issued and must be labeled on the return shipment. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge including outgoing and incoming freight. All returns must be made within 90 days from original shipment.

CLAIMS must be made within 10 days from date of invoice.

ALL PRODUCT is manufactured in the U.S.A. and made of FDA approved plastic resin.

Although Plastic does not Break as Easily as Glassware, They don't Last Forever and will Eventually Wear Out. When Glassware Breaks, You Replace Them. With Plastic they should be Replaced as they Wear. Expect Plastic Drinkware to last 3 to 4 Times longer than your Glassware.

SCRATCH RESISTANT

ENCORE Plastic Drinkware is made of a High Grade Polymer which Resists Scratching Much Better than other Plastics including Polycarbonate. Scratched, Chipped and Worn Drinkware has been in Service beyond its Usable Life and Should be Replaced. Customers unhappy with other plastics in the past are now Satisfied Users of ENCORE Drinkware.

STACKABLE

Our Tumblers Nest Neatly Together. Stack Them to the Ceiling if you wish. Allows Easy Storage and Takes Very Little Space. Typically, 3 Dozen Tumblers will store in Less Than 1 Cubic Foot.

STYLE IN APPEARANCE

ENCORE Plastic Drinkware has an almost Indistinguishable Look from Glassware, Not Like the Poor Image of Disposables.

DISHWASHER SAFE

Unlike Other Plastic Products sold for Home Use, Our Drinkware is Safe for Use in Commercial Dishwashers. Our Drinkware has been tested for use with Ecolab and AutoChlor Systems as well as other commercial dishwashing systems.
