TERMS & CONDITIONS
ALL ORDERS are subject to acceptance by the factory in Huntington Beach, California and is governed under the Laws of the State of California, USA. All price amounts in US Dollars.
IMPRINTING of One (1) Standard Color is included in pricing. Screen Charge of $60.00 per color (NET).
TERMS are 50% deposit with order, balance upon completion. NET 30 DAYS on approved credit. A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1-1/2% (18% Annual Rate) will be added to all Pastdue Balances. Our Credit Application must be completed and signed for credit approval which includes four (4) Trade References and a Bank Reference. Buyer is responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees and court costs if it becomes necessary to collect. C.O.D. shipments are CASH ONLY unless prior approval of company check. For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard & American Express are accepted.
FREIGHT is FOB Huntington Beach, California. Expedited shipments are available upon request.
CUSTOM COLORS are available for an additional charge of $50.00 per color.
DELIVERY is 25 to 30 working days from receipt of order. Allow additional time for transit.
OVER/UNDERRUNS of 5% apply.
ALL PRODUCT is manufactured in the U.S.A. and made of FDA approved plastic resin.
